Media file error when importing vob split demux ac3 in Spruceup

After cutting a vob with vob-split and demuxing in vobedit i get a perfect .m2v but always a mediafile error with the .ac3 stream when trying to import to Spruceup.How do i clean up the .ac3?Is there a program called ac3fix?I could not find anything similar on the download page.
