Encoding Mono with BeSweet

Hi,
i have just encoded a Mono file with BeSweet and using the Mono2Stereo plugin. But the result wasn't good. Exists an solution that I can encoded this mono file and the result is an Mono file, too?

i believe good mono output is in the works, but for now you could use BeSweet to get your file to a wave(huge file :(), then use an external encoder for whatever format you want.

what formats are you converting to and from?

HeadAC3he supports downsampling to mono from PCM WAV, or AC3, I've used it several times to make pocket movies.
