i keep gettin s stream write error either after encoding the audio or when it's extracting subtitles what is wrong?

tried to look for it in the FAQ and the Live Q & A didn't have any luck though

Are you sure that the .bmp file that you have there is the correct specs? I dont recall what those are off the top of my head but it looks like thats where you problem is.
