I am attempting to run DVD2SVCD using the vstrip on a movie called story telling.

Here is the confusing part.

The movie comes with 4 versions
Rated R 4:3
NR 4:3

Rated R 16x9
Nr 16x9

So when I go to vstrip it shows
only 2 ifo files that are usable

VTS_01 which is the 16x9
VTS_02 which is 4x3

Only they are both the rated R versions, the funny part is they are the same as the NR only to cover up the nudity they use red boxes????
Just weird.

SO when I use smartripper to look at the VOBs it shows
VTS_01 with two titles 1 angle a piece
VTS_02 with two titles 1 angle a piece

So a total of four angles between the 2 VTS files.
How can I get vstrip to see the NR version and rip that?
Instead of just seeing the one angle on each VTS?

For a movie like this it sounds like you are going to have to use Smartripper. Just keep in mind that you could end up with synch issues if you use that.

Of course I got Smartripper to work but CCE freezes.

Did you see if you can get it to work with the internal routines?

Oddly I updated smartripper to the newsest version I was one build back and it CCE finshed.
Makes no sense.
I tried internal routines, but I still came out with te R rated version :(

So problem solved. Where can I get more help with vstrip?

There is a guide here (by here I mean doom9) that tells you how to use vStrip.
