Trying to search for a superb TV capture card that....

allows you to capture extrememely high quality near DVD quality AVI files of upcoming tv series of Friends and sport games on EPSN.. and then I can watch it on my spare time on the PC or even burn it onto DVD and watch it on my DVD-R enabled player. What is a good one.. willing to spend $200. Nothing too complicated and works with Windows 2000 or XP
