1) Would it be a good idea to add YUV12 support to avisynth ?
since it's used by MPEG-2 and MPEG-4, i think avery will sooner or later add YUV12 fast recompress in VDub. I think it would be really comfortable to work in YUV12 (if the data is 100% deinterlaved : all Ys , all Us then all Vs... i mean 3 ptr and 2 strides, like XviD, ffdshow, ect...)
2) is floating point audio support ready in avisynth ??
because i would like to try to improve some of Sh0dan's great filters, but i don't want to code before this part of avisynth is really stable.

did you tested normalize a lot ??? it gives me weird access violation errors...
