flip audio Streams in OGG Container?

Question:

is it posible to change the Value that indicates the Stream Splitter which Audio Stream should Play first without demuxen and than remuxing the whole movie?

I habe muxed the English Stream as 1st Stream & the German Stream as 2nd Stream and want to change it now

any ideas?

Use graphedit , Insert an oggsplitter and and oggmuxer.
