I want to utilise the speed advantage of avisynth, over vfapi that I currently use, to re-encode vobs for creating dvd-rs. I tried using a script based approach to produce an avs file but had to revert to CCE 2.5 and then only found a speed advantage of 8%, which was hardly worth the effort. Could somebody advise me of the preferred method to produce a wrapped file, compatible with 2.6*, which is reliable and optimised for a P4 2Ghz?
