I just encoded a movie to MPEG and

would like to burn it to to a DVD-R with my DVD burner, can some one please tell me the best way to do this, there seem to be so many

Give me a little more info and ill see if I can help you.

is it mpeg 1 or 2
is your audio 44 or 48Khz (or something wildly different)
Is this a dvd rip, cam...etc etc
