This is my first use of one pass quality-based and so I was asking for 50% quality. I assumed 50% quality would be approx half the size of a 1st pass two pass file. What I hoped I'd get was a file that was 1/2 the quality of the 1st pass two pass file. Instead I got a file that was 1/7th the size and quality of the 1st pass two pass file. Anyway, I'm only posting my test for others to learn by. Also, should 100% quality = the same as 1st pass two pass file?

1st pass h.263 ultra = 990mb
h.263 ultra 50% quality = 145mb

[edit: more tests]
1st pass MPEG ultra = 1152mb
100% quality h.263 ultra = 990mb + 2kb
