Which Software is the Best for DLTs

I want to know which software is the best for writing Premaster DLTs Tape for replication, Is there any Software which can convert DVD.img image of duel layer dvd to DLT tape for premastring

DVDVirtuoso to DVDMaestro can write .img to tape, if the .lay is missing, it will fill the rest with 'default' info (volume label, regions)
