This is the Log file where I am having trouble. Can someone maybe tell me why I am getting this error and what I need to do to correct it.

what program are you encoding with?
is somewhat hard to say from the log file (:

but anyway, try to rip the DVD onto your HD again!

That usually happens when Divx5 is not installed correctly (like when Divx4 wasn't uninstalled before Divx5 was installed). Try to uninstall everything and install the necessary stuff again (and don't install Divx4 at all)
