Write AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS Folders to DLT in Scenarist?

Hello everyone!
I have a dual layer dvd-and only have AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS folders on my hard drive.I deleted the Scenarist Image. How can I write the AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS folders to a DLT and have a different DLT for Layer 0 and a different DLT for Layer 1. How can I do that?

not sure how to do it in Scen. but in DVDMaestro you can create the images from the audio/video ts folders, but that requires that the layer break detail be in the .lay file.

But, now how do I make the .lay file.I mean how should I tell DVD Maestro to split the layers from the AUDIO_TS & VIDEO_TS folders.
