AVIMux GUI0.9Eng: Splitting question

I try to use AVIMuGui which is a great tool.

But I don't know how to use the parameter "advanced" for splitting.
It open a window and it says:"set split points manually".
But how to set split points manually?

Is it possible to split at a precise time(something like 1:02:56:520 or not.

I try this because I have problem with cut vbr mp3 when i try to mux them.

Ok after a while, I found the anxwer alone.
The number in this window in the frame where you want to cut.
It has to be a keyframe if you want a good cut.
