I read a post in Doom9's New a/v formats section, about using Flaskmpeg for encoding a DVD with Divx5 video and WMA (v. 9) audio. How can I do that with GordianKnot and all the rest (DVD2AVI,avisynth,Nan/VirtualDub etc...)?

Or maybe I am wrong, because now I noticed it talks about WM9. I don't know if this is a video+audio codec...(so there's no DivX)

WMA = Windows Media Audio
WM9 = Windows Media Video v9

IIRC the audio codec is quite bad (DivX ;) audio was a hack from WMA), the new video codec might be good, but I've never tried it.

If you want to know how to encode using WM9, search around the internet and the New A/V section (I never used it, so I don't know).
