Used DVD-Decrypter, got VOBs, now what??

Used DVD-Decrypter (great SW!), got a VIDEO_TS folder with VOBs and 1 IFO file on my hard drive. Too large to fit on one DVDR. I would like to reverse-author back to mpg2 (in minutes???), choose a good place then cut into 2 MPGs. Sounds simple...? Any help is greatly appreciated!

You can demux the Mpeg-2 stream using DVDDecrypter's stream processing feature.

I've got dozens of DVDs (my own) and just want to cut them up, not resize or lower the bit rate. The authoring program took only a few minutes to convert my MPGs to VOBs - there must be a way to convert VOBs into MPGs in minutes. If not then why?

bbtools 1.9 works great for me (no GUI though, just command line) in a matter of minutes, say 60 min for a whole movie @450 MHz 8-) My experience is that vobrator is much slower but has a nice GUI. Never used vstrip, but that should do the trick and remove headers as well. HF
