MP4UI. Missing dll..

Hi,
upon starting MP4UI I get the message:
Could not find the file oleacc.dll!

And that´s it. The file is not included in the download pack, nor is it on my system (Win 98SE).
Could somebody tell me, where I get one and where do I have to put it?

Did you install the .NET framework? It's required for it to work (it was compiled with VS.NET).

sorry to ask: what´s the netframework? Where do I get it? How´s it installed? I could not find any hint in the installationguide nor on the author´s homepage...
I guess I´m really new to all this, anyway, your answer is much appreciated, thanks in advance,

Just install that accessibility thing thru control panel/addremove progs. M$ forgot to set oleacc.dll delay loaded in MFC7.

Follow these labels in order as they appear on your screen: start menu/settings/control panel/add remove programs/windows setup/components/accessibility :)
