Help...missing vts_03_0.vob

im ripping we were soldiers and i can't playback any of the deleted scenes because the vts_03_0.vob is missing (that is the title set of the deleted scenes)..even on the original dvd there is no playback...i assume this is a defective dvd but is there a way to create a new title set so it can playback?...vts_03_1.vob shows up and that has all the deleted film..i just need the first vob to get it to playback. if anyone has this vob can you upload it somewhere for me to download.

How can anyone upload the file, if you say that it isn't on the original DVD? Do you mean VTS_03_0.IFO instead of .VOB? You could rip the video and audio out of this title set and just re-author properly. Or, you could rip all the video and audio out, merge the deleted scenes back in and re-author yourself a "monarc_2000 director's cut"!

no i dont mean the ifo file..its vts_03_0.vob..i know thats what i need to get vts_03_1.vob to play..if you look at the file structure of commercial dvds every title set has a bup,ifo, and then a vts_xx_0.vob followed by however many vobs after.vts_xx_1.vob, vts_xx_2.vob..etc...i usually leave those vobs as they are cause i usually run into problems in playback if i try to alter them..so for some reason it's missing from my copy of we were soldiers..i know you can't upload a file that big in the forum but if someone had it they could send it to me through aim or irc or something.

i spoke with someone on vcdhelp.com and they have the same problem with their copy too..anyone know how to change the ifo so it directs to the correct vob?

ok i feel dumb!...ignore my post..seems that when u get to the deleted scene menu you have to choose either to have director commentary on or off before you can play each deleted scene.
