im using mp3 format that is normally used for encoding.
im using the creative speaker so the switching of speaker sound is a build in one.
im using nandub to insert thd audio.

The mp3 format is not the only format used for encoding and that's why i asked. I was also looking for a bit more information, which I didn't get so here goes: is this a dvd source? What format is the audio in on the dvd or whatever source it comes from? how are you getting it to mp3(what decoder, what encoder)? What steps did you use to try to create the Left Speaker=audio1, Right Speaker=audio2?
and just to be certain, your Creative speakers have some switch so that you can make 1 speaker silent at a time?
If you want to do this, you need to make an audio file(probably a wav) that actually has audio1 in the left and audio2 in the right, then encode that to your mp3. This can be done with any wave editor.
and you forgot another of my questions: What are you using to play the movie? The reason I asked is that some players are able to choose between the 2 audio files inserted using Nandub and some aren't.
