Can't playback OGM (divx5+ogg+mp3)

I had to do 2 audio channels:
1st ogg @ 64k
2nd mp3 @ 22k (i had to do mp3 because ogg did no let me have bitrate lower than 57k, right?)
then 2 .srt files

i muxed the video and the 2 audio files with oggmux andi can't playback it: i get "A decompressor was downloaded for this file, but it didn't work. You may need to restart your player or browser. (Error=80040200)"

here is the graph i get with graphedit:
audio 2 stream is not even linked to anything!
do i need to install something maybe???

is there a way to encode a ogg @ 22k?

You can resample to a lower sample rate to get 22kbps.

I'm sure you could also force it to encode it at 22kbps without resampling, but the results will be a lot nicer if you do.

I didn't know there was an mp3 support in ogm....
