question about the second pass

If I have done the 1st pass with the default values, can I run a number of second passes with different settings for cc or alt-cc or internal or external compression, even b-frames?

Is this posible or do I need to use a new 1st pass for some of these changes?

except for bframes, you can test different cc/altCC / ext. CC settings with the same stats file.

Every setting which changes the _picture_ quality and thus compressability makes a new stats file necessary.
