oggmux feature request

I was hoping that it would be possible to let the user customize the language for the audio and subtitle streams. Like if theres English formatted, and English unformatted, we have to use graphedit or else they won't know which is which.

This seems like a simple feature to add, is there any chance of seeing it in an upcoming version?

If you'd read that up, you'd already know, WHY it isn't done already.

WHY do people ALWAYS try to break rule number 1?

Although I had done a search, and read through that thread looking for information about this, I indeed missed the fact that it was being worked on already. For that I apologize.

But if you think that if everyone searched for their information before they ask a question that you will prevent this thing from ever happening, I feel you are wrong. Theres such a huge volume of information available on this forum that it is very easy to miss a post or two hidden in a very long thread.

Again, sorry for wasting your time, and thank you for your work on this very useful tool.

Does your team have any ideas of implementing cutting by chapters. Im so happy that you implemented adding cut by filesizes. Thats so usefull.

Just one problem with oggmux now it always crashes at 99% when I try to split a movie, it doesn't matter if I use a manual value or the presets. I don't know why that is, but 0.9.1 didn't crash at the end. I saved the Windows Xp error report and I can post it here if you like, but other than that I can't give you any other information.

:o First I'd like to apologize Koepi, I obiously didn't think of using the search key. I thought it was just a bug on my system and decided to post it. Sorry. But if your so fed up with people asking the same old questions, perhaps you should make another sticky or add another Q&A. I think people will pay more attention to that and probably wont post the same thing over and over again. Me included. Sorry.

Is the crash related to using ffdshow filter or is it the Divx5 filter? I tried cutting both my XVid and DIV5 movies and they crashed at the end. I think that using FFDshow for Divx5 and Xvid causes the crash with OggMux, but I can't test it for sure. For some reason my player don't like using Divx Decoder in OGM movies, they just crash. So I have to use the ffdshow filter to watch any of my Div5 movies that I have in OGM.
So my question is... Does FFDShow cuase the crash at the end of OggMux? :confused:
