I was told by a post in DIVX forum that DIVX suddenly brings up their long time blind link of open divx license yesterday, I also remember DIVX tells everyone XVID is derived from OpenDIVX in public (yahoo). Read the license, I am worrying about XVID. It seems a perfect set of plan prepared for a long time. Just wait for a good timing.
I can't sleep tonight :-(

Nothing to be afraid of.
XviD replaced all OpenDivX stuff some months ago, there is no code that is OpenDivX anymore except for the decoder. And the decoder was GPLed some time ago (with the headers officially changed to reflect that), and the XviD team got it under that license.

Where's the problem?
