Using OGM chapters on two disc rip

Is there any way two use chapters in a two disc rip? I guess I could subtract the number of the last frame of disc one from all the chapters in disc two, but I'm lazy and LOTR has way too many chapters (41!). Plus I don't know what to do with all that LBA crap. There has to be a program that does this. Thanks for any help.

It would be an amazing task to do as the oggds filters don't support deleting entries or replacing them - just an addition of entries :)

I already discussed about editing the entries with Tobias, he said that it not possible without remuxing everything :(

Hm. I meant it for _during_ the muxing/splitting.
Editing the info on already existing OGMs is really worse, you'd need to remux for sure, agreed on that.
