DivX Pro 5.02 Corporate Edition (incl. AC3)???

I found a link to a file (1 MB) called:
DivX.Pro.5.02.Corporate.Edition.Dolby.AC3-Coke.zip
in a forum...
Is there a corp version of the DivX CODEC??? Including AC3?

P.S. The codec comes with an Intervideo iviaudio.ax and a mpgaudio.ax

i think this is warez, a cracked one of divx5. are you maxity? and, in which forum did you find that? we also had one posting that in our forum (http://reloadworld.de/board/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1165).
