I suspect Gerti will have the answer to this one, but anyone else who can help is welcome too.
I have successfully created a spreadsheet based on Gerti's formula to convert AVI (DivX) resolutions to the correct SVCD aspect ratio. It works great and even calculates TV overscan areas if that's what you need.
My question is: What formula would I use to create a similar spreadsheet for calculating AVI to *VCD* resolutions.
By the way, I'm using NTSC format for both.

If you are concerned about viruses, either get virus software or don't download the file. For the record, though, there is no virus or anything in it. Just a simple spreadsheet.
