new version of dvd2svcd

i want to start by saying how much i appreciate dvd2svcd very much..it is a great tool that makes ripping so much easier than it used to be.

anyway, i was just wondering when the newest version of d2s will be out? im a patient guy so i can wait of course, but i was wondering if there was a preview as to what it will involve? will avi2svcd be upgraded/bug fixed? will the new cce be supported?
