How much of bits are being re-distributed usually by bonus bias mechanism in xvid in a typical encode when quantizers are not reaching caps?
Did somebody actually bothered to find out? Is it close to 0%? 5%? 10%?
I am asking that because the results of alt_cc tweaking are not producing wanted results and it is not clear is bonus bias value' tweaking needed at all.
