Here is my dilema. Using Tmpgenc, I encoded a still bmp picture to a .m1v file using the framerate option of 1 fps with an internal framerate of 24 fps. I then dubbed the .m1v file with a .mp2 audio
file creating a .mpg. I then proceeded to put this file into a VCD compilation using VCDEasy. You see, I wanted to use this file as a still menu with audio. I know that is an option in TSCV, but TSCV is highly unstable on my system, and I would like to find a solution using VCDEasy.
VCDEasy gives me an error message saying that it doesn't recognize 24fps files. The only option in Tmpgenc for 1 fps encodes has a 24fps internal framerate. The reason I am using 1 fps is that the resulting .m1v file is much cleaner than encoding at 25fps, and has no artifacts.
My question is does anyone know of a tool or method to change the internal framerate of a .mpg1 file without re-encoding?
