Hey!

I haven't found a player how is able to play an 5.1 decoded ogg file. I mean BSPLAYER (as example) play that file but i only hear the left and the right speaker of the 5.1 sound file.

Is there any player who is able to play this correctly on 2 speakers?

Not yet.

It's still a problem in Tobias' OggDS filter. Now downmix is done from 5.1 to s.th. like Dolby Surround. Even worse, at the moment it seems to be impossible to play the 6ch Ogg file as the channel order is somehow mixed up. Some people say they can play those files, I can't. Also there is no real channel coupling that would allow MC Ogg files to get smaller than their AC3 counterparts. So I guess we have to wait a little bit longer.
