Motion Chapters plays fast after compile with After Effect ????

I hope this is the forum for this question.....Ok I am making motion chapters but my .avi from After Effect comes out playing faster than the original...Does anybody knows why ??? Or any suggestion for an alternative software....?? Well I know how to make it in Premiere but it's hard to use...After Effect is eaier....

There's no real reason why it should do this. Are you checking the length and frame rate of your composition and the clips you put in it?
