Missing Subtitles

Just messing around with a couple movies and I've noticed that after using the DVD-9 to DVD-5 guide that my subtitles don't work on my re-authored movies. I've got the guide memorized and have even went back through and re-did LOTR for example with the same results. They're showing up on my timline in Maestro - everything looks perfect but they refuse to cooperate.

It's no biggie but it's gotta be something I'm overlooking or doing wrong, any suggestions?

Are you puting the subs in the first timeline in maestro.

Don't leave a timeline empty and put the subs in the next
one.

I am from greece and i have the same problem when
i leave all the timelines empty and put the greek subs
only.
