I've tried SmartRipper, VStrip and DvdDecrypter, all to no avail. With all programs I get the *same* green blocky image from ripped vobs, which makes me think that the vobs are not being decrypted. SmartRipper shows the CSS key as being all "0"s. DvdDecrypter shows no key found. No error messages either. Please advise.

Using DVDdecrypter 3.1.2.0 with brute force attack and detect mastering errors enabledI get the following error:
Title Authentication Failed!
Device [1:0:0] PIONEER DVD-ROM DVD-106 1.22(D:)
Reason: There were no vulnerable blocks

Is the disc not from the same region that your drive is set to or something?
If you do insist on using Brute Force, you might like to put all of the CSS sliders at their lowest values. That may help.
The next version that comes out is even better at key finding, I hope that will fix your problem if what Ive said above doesnt.

Drive is RPC-1. Tried default settings first, and then brute force as recomended in another post.
