progressive frames or not?!

..my bitrateviewer says the pic.stucture of my vobs are "frame" but the frame type is "interlaced", so DTC type is "field". Just what do I have to check now in my videosettings in CCE, "progressive frame" or not. Would it make a big difference in the following authoring-process if I set it wrong?

I usually read that as interlaced field-based frame i.e. not a progressive frame.
