Hello,

While encoding in Nandub, I'm getting keyframes inserted by the Internal SCD (the red ones) although the Internal SCD is set to 100%, is this normal ?

my keyframe options:

Keyframe interval: 10
Internal SCD: 100%
DRF: 2-6

@Rainy

Yes, it's normal(?) :), I've been experiencing the same thing without causing any problem :).

Btw, do you tick "use alternate" in Options->Preferences->Scene tab?

regards,
iago

Hi iago,

no, I don't use the alternate, because VurtualDub's scene change detection works just fine.

I have tried both the alternative and normal SCD and still get red frames in the graph while encoding. The output file looks good, but I can't help to think that it would look better if it didn't use so many keyframes
