I bought F-91 R2 DVD which has Jap subs. Is there anyway that I can convert the submux time codes to ssa.

I did search the forums. I just want the times that dvd2svcd creates from the subs on the dvd. Because when I use subrip it comes up with bmp's that aren't in the movie.

With subrip you should get the same times as DVD2SVCD. Be sure you are using the right options.
You can convert your Submux file to SSA using SUB2SSA
