put thx logo on my own DVD

i have put the thx and dolby digital logo on my own DVD for my amature movie.. I've used smartripper and then converted the VFAPI avi to mpeg2 and then put it on the DVD. The movie is already in the mpeg2 format on the disc, but in the vob, is in any way to put it directly on my disc without converting it to mpeg2 again, i gues its a bit of quilty lose there..
