You can't have an animation as either of those images, it's simply a 1 frame still graphic.

i try to experiment with some filter and different resolution so i only encode on a 3min clip.

but everytime i try to use the LastCD Piture option it crashes on CCE.
the piture size is the same as the Default Change Pic, i just open up in photoshop and eraze the piture of the hand and change the text, then save as a new image. so i think the resolution is ok.

i tried encode with out the lastcd pic cheched and its fine

i'll try encode with tmpeg later to see if the same prob exist.

has anyone else have the same prob.

Is there also an error if you use your Change-CD-Pic as Last-CD-Pic?

Using the change cd picture and title pictures makes (or made, perhaps, I haven't tested since) my CCE crash as well. I assume that it is an error in either CCE or Windows, but I doubt it is due to DVD2SVCD. I simply don't use the pictures anymore, and obviously don't have the crashes now either. I haven't tested since to see if it works now or not, maybe I will next time I'm bored...

I have added new boot images using this option with cce and have had no problems whatsoever .

i made the images to svcd still pixel size (cant remember right now)

i use cce 2.6.01 i think .

can't be 2.6 with DVD2SVCD, it's not supported.

Maybe is not smart, but:
why don't you
1) create the animation you want to add to the start of the movie
2) Encode all the movie leaving dvd2svcd do the job
3) complete all the tasks till muxing and cutting
4) when the process is done close dvd2svcd and add the mpeg file of your animation to the first mpeg created (and splitted) by dvd2svcd.
You ca do this by joining the two file (use DVtool for this http://www.musclesoft.de/~combatman/)
5) then restart dvd2svcd and continue the process.

I have a question is it true that the title function pushes the audio out of sync?

Of course not. Why in the world would it still be there if it did?

anyway about the ChangeCD-Pic/LastCD-Pic.
i tried it again with the ChangeCD as LastCD pics but it dodn't work.
last night i install a fresh copy of RC4 and its fine now.

before when i tried it on the old install, it gave me the error "can't find lastcd-pic-bmp.avs (or somthign like that)"
(my default dir was not x:\d2s\movie\)

so i manually put a ..bmp.avs file in my default dir and it will encode.

somehtign must have went wrong with the settings file.

i'm just going to leav everythign as default and move everythign from \movie dir to another dir when i try a new encode.
