How does one make svcd menus in Nero?

Hi,

I have been trying to make svcd menus in nero without sucess. My aim is to have title pictures which one can select in the way they can from scene selections on DVDs.

Is this possible????

If so please can you advise me how to do it and indeed how to create the pictures as well
