im converting this dvd to svcd with dvd2svcd program.it will be ntsc(not ntsc film) because its from a discovery channel show.i converted it the first time and the pic was extreme blurring upon movement with progressive frames and zigzag scanning unchecked.can someone please suggest some settings to clear up this problem
