why dvd maestro does not see my pioneer a04 burner

Hi
I have a pioneer A04 burner which is not being recognised in Spruce DVD Maestro version 2.9 . I am using maestro to compile my dvd's but i have to use nero to burn it to dvd-r as maestro does not recognise my burner.

please help
