DVD encoding motion chapters/menu...??

Hi everybody. Can somebody point me to the right guide for tips on how to encode/compile a .bmp with little .mpg clips on top of it. What i am trying to do is make a .bmp as a menu and have motion chapters on that .bmp. So what programs do i need and how. I currently working on it with Adobe Premiere, After Effect, Vegas Video...which one is easier to use. ??

Adobe Premiere will work perfectly for what you are trying to do. I use it for the same function all the time.

ohh ok... i figure...but some how i find Adobe After Affuse....but i would like to Premiere though...is there a guide on it??? Just quick guide to me off. Like hput a how to put a video clip onto a .bmp ect.....
