CCE 2.50 stops after 1 or 2 passes

I've got the following problem with several movies (f.e. "Scary Movie 2", "Michael Collins", both RC2): When I select 4 passes in DVD2SVCD, CCE just stops after the first pass (24%) or the second pass (49%). It doesn't lock up, I can still select 'exit' and all, it just doesn't continue. Here's my project file for "Scary Movie 2":

I've searched the forum before I posted this thread. I've searched for "cce stops" since it didn't freeze. I checked the "12 percent"-thread a few hours ago, but the methods that were discussed there didn't work for me, except the new tweak.dll. Could anyone send me the tweak.dll? I can't access Donald Graft's homepage :(
