2 disks and No scene selection

I have been working on this project for months and I can't seem to find out how to fix it. I have split a dvd on to 2 disks and I have kept all the menus and special features but I only have one problem. when I goto the seen selection screen on disk 1 there's no problem but when I goto the screen selection screen on disk two chapter 1 is chapter 5 and 2 is 6 ect... how can I fix this!:devil: Hey if your reading this and are a true brain help me with another problem how do you change an AVI into a VOB and add it to your VOB menu on a DVD?:sly:

U demux the avi to audio and video and keep the audio.

Load avi to CCE or equivalent encoder to produce a mpeg2 video stream that u use in an authoring program to author it with the audio in a vob file.
