Sorry if this seems kinda dumb or not related to my prob, but since I am doing OGM file i thought i should post here.

I am encoding the EVA disk 2 to divx. I finaly got it to look ok after doing alot of tests, but now my audio is out of sync :( . The AC3 file says there is a 0ms delay, but the audio always starts like 1 second after the video starts playing. I don't know why that is, I tried to mux the AC3 file too, but that was also out of sync. I don't know what could be the problem. So then I tried messing with the audio delay in Vdub and found that if I set the delay to -1600 it would be all in sync. So know i want to know is there a way for me to set an audio delay in OGGmux like there is in Vdub or do i have to set that delay in Besweet and encode my OGG files again. I am using 3 language tracks on these files so i thought OGM format would be more suited to the task.

Thanks Koepi for such a great program.

Afaik, atm there's only two possible solutions:

- find a progarm that can cut 1600 ms off the start of your ac3 files (and i don't know if such a proggy exists)
- add a 1600 ms blank clip (and i hope all ac3 streams have the same skew) to the start of your avi. (no, i dont think thats the optimal solution)

Cheers

easiest solution is to reencode your oggs with besweet, even if it takes some hours. it saves you a lot of trouble.

Sorry that I don't get timeline stuff to work :-/

Well I did encode them again anyways. And it worked. Just took an hour for all 3 audio streams.

Thanks for the great program Koepi. Don't worry one day you will get it to work.
