I used the IFOedit split to DVDs function which seems to have sucessfully produced two discs with VMG menu and the correct chapter points.
For some reason though, the Chapter Selection menu just freezes (IFOedit DVDplay reports "can't open menu"). The Sound set-up menu also freezes.
I redid Disk One very quickly by simply deleting the last 3 VOBS, (leaving the first four 1Gb Vobs), deleted VTS_02 files (Fed Warning etc ..), changed PGC first play to "Jump to VMG" (in VTS_01) and then just doing a GET Vectors.
Wasn't sure the above would work but infact it worked fine with all menus functioning (except can't jump to chapters past 25).
