getting "Can't load P3Package.dll" error in TMPGEnc

Hello to all that are wise,
I'm using DVD2SVCD to do what it does best, but, when TMPGEnc starts I get an error box that says "Can't load P3Package.dll". If I click OK it continues for a second then I get the same message again an again. After a few times D2S continues but seems to hang up again. Is this normal? Or am I missing something?
I'll try to copy the log to this thread for those who know what it means.

P.S.
I'm also getting an error message from bbMPEG that says " Input file C:\Program Files\DVD2SVCD\Movie\Title picture.bmp.mpv was not found." Is this something that I should worry about or is it something that is not needed? If it is not needed is there something I can do to keep it from happening again. These error messages are stopping the whole process and we all know that it takes long enough if it goes smoothly

If you search the forum for p3package.dll you will get a post with a person who had this same problem. A simple reinstall worked fine for them, although they were on CCE, but that shouldn't make a difference, the file is corrupted nonetheless.

Also, the titlepicture is a convenience, but it is not vital. You can disable it by unchecking the titlepicture box in the cd image tab.
