I press the disc button and it says "tmpge" does not exist. Why?

Hello to all,
This is a very stupid question I'm sure. But I just put DVD2SVCD back on my computer as well as TMPGE 2.57. I'm trying to burn a DVD that will now play in my computer but not in my standalone. I'm trying to follow the DVD2SVCD guide and when I hit the disc button I get a window that says "TMPGE file does not exist" and I'm then taken to the encoder tab.
What do I do?
Is tmpge supposed to be connected to DVD2SVCD somehow?
I've copied DVD's before using DVD2SVCD but it was awhile back and I feel like a fool. I've got a mentalblock from hell.

If you go to the encoder (i believe) you will see the selection possible for each encoder (tmpge and cce). You need to point to the directory where tmpge is installed at.
