sysinternals.com not working?

I've tried to get there to download DebugView (so I can marvel at the XviD output) and anything else that catches my eye, but I can't seem to access the site ... does anyone else have this problem?

(DebugView url is http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/debugview.shtml apparently)

Just a wild-ass guess, but do you have a firewall running? I've found that once in a while I have to shut mine off to get stuff. Also, if you are trying to download using an accelerator, some sites will bounce you for that.

As I said, just a thought.
