I'm not sure how to ask this, but I was wondering if I could pick a section of the video and resize/crop it using some VDub plugin... but not actually resize the resoultion.
A practicle use for this would be to make Motion Scene Selection menus for DVDs.
If anyone knows how to do this with VDub or any other program. Let me know, thanks.
